D365 Functional Consultant - Order Management

**Role & responsibilities** Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO) Order Management Functional Consultant to own and optimize Order-to-Cash processes in a GxP-regulated CDMO setting. You will lead functional design, configuration, testing, and support for Sales Orders, Pricing/Trade Agreements, ATP/Available-to-Promise, returns (RMA), Rebates, and intercompany scenarios, and ensure tight alignment with manufacturing/warehouse operations for batch/lot-controlled products. You will also serve as the functional owner interfacing with ServiceNow for incident, change, and problem management ensuring all work adheres to CSV, GMP/GDP, and internal SDLC/Change Management policies. Key Responsibilities Strong understanding of end-to-end Order Management process in D365FO/AX ERP application with modules Configure and support Sales Orders, Quotations, Pricing/Trade Agreements, Rebates, Credit & Collections, RMA, and Intercompany orders. Create and update Configuration and Setup and support Sales Orders, Quotations, Pricing/Trade Agreements, Rebates, Credit & Collections, RMA, and Intercompany orders. Define master/transactional data standards: customers, items, lots, routes, resources, lead times, shipping calendars. Design and maintain improvement document outputs (SO confirmations, pick lists, packing slips, CoA references, invoices). Implement customer-specific pricing, charge codes, freight, and Incoterms, support dropship and direct delivery scenarios. Integrate OM with Inventory & Warehouse Management (WMS), Production Control, Quality Management, Transportation, and Finance for seamless E2E flow. Lead ATP/CTP, Order Promising, Delivery date control, partial shipments/back orders, and customer delivery schedules
