**Role & responsibilities** Summary Job description for a Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant focused on code and environment management within PPAX, delivering Level 2 and Level 3 support in a regulated pharma environment. Role Summary • Provide Level 2 and Level 3 production support for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Power Platform solutions within a GxP-regulated pharma environment. • Own code and environment management across Dev, Test/UAT/Validation, and Prod using Azure DevOps and Power Platform Admin Center, ensuring compliant ALM, robust releases, and high system reliability. Key Responsibilities Level 2 Support (Application & Technical Operations) • Triage and resolve incidents, service requests, and minor changes related to D365 F&O, Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate. • Perform deep-dive troubleshooting: configuration issues, security roles, workflow failures, connection references, and integration monitoring. • Execute approved data fixes and data migrations via DMF/Dataverse tools, maintaining full audit trails. • Run smoke/regression packs (e.g., RSAT) post-changes; document knowledge base articles and known-error records. • Adhere to SLAs, provide timely communications, and escalate to Level 3 as needed. Level 3 Support (Engineering & Root Cause) • Analyze and fix complex defects involving X++ extensions, plugins/custom connectors, and integration code (Logic Apps/ADF/Functions). • Build, package, and promote code and solutions using Azure DevOps (YAML pipelines), Power Platform CLI, managed solution strategy for higher tiers. • Lead performance tuning, telemetry analysis (Application Insights/Kusto), and resiliency improvements
