**Role Overview** We are looking for an experienced **Data Analyst** with strong analytical and business skills to analyze data, build metrics and dashboards, generate actionable insights, and support business decision-making. The candidate should be comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. **Mandatory Skills** - **5+ years of experience** in Data Analytics / Business Analytics. - Strong hands-on experience in **SQL and complex query building**. - Experience in **data visualization and dashboard development** using **Tableau, Qlik, or AWS QuickSight**. - Proficiency in **Python or JavaScript** for data analysis/scripting. - Experience with **statistical and predictive analysis**, including: - Time-series forecasting - Regression - Classification - Clustering - Strong understanding of **KPIs, metrics, business reporting, and data-driven decision-making**. - Ability to translate business requirements into **data analysis, dashboards, and actionable insights**. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. **Key Responsibilities** - Define and align **KPIs and business metrics** with cross-functional teams. - Gather requirements and manage analytics projects end-to-end. - Write complex SQL queries and analyze large datasets. - Build and maintain **dashboards and reporting solutions** for business and leadership teams. - Perform statistical and causal analysis to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities. - Generate actionable insights and present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Work with Product, Business, Finance, and other teams to support data-driven decision-making. - Manage multiple projects while ensuring timely delivery and quality.
