Data Analyst (Assistant manager Level)

Job description

**Role & responsibilities** The role will be supporting the Corporate Operations Team by transforming data into actionable insights to improve operational efficiency, patient experience & decision-making. It involves meaningful data analysis, creating dashboards, performance tracking of various Ops, Safety & Experience KPIs & supporting strategic initiatives through data driven recommendations. **Required Skills** - Strong proficiency in advanced Excel (advanced) - Hands-on with Power BI / Tableau - Strong problem-solving and structured thinking - Ability to interpret complex data and derive insights - Understanding of hospital operational KPIs and business metrics - Strong communication & presentation skills - Attention to detail and high ownership - Understanding of SQL tables and data extraction - Data modelling and manipulation of data from multiple sources - Power BI Dashboard development and maintenance - Good to have Power Apps development experience **Preferred candidate profile** **Key Responsibilities** **1. Data Analysis & Insights** - Analyze operational data to identify trends, gaps & improvement opportunities - Develop actionable insights to enhance efficiency, cost optimization & service quality **2. Reporting & Dashboarding** - Design and maintain dashboards using tools like Power BI / Excel - Automate reports for leadership reviews - Ensure accuracy, consistency & timeliness of reports **3. Performance Monitoring** - Track key operational KPIs (TAT, utilization, productivity, safety metrics, etc.) - Monitor performance against AOP targets & highlight deviations - Support monthly/quarterly reviews by data trend analysis and monthly one pagers **4. Data Management** - Collect, clean & validate data from multiple sources - Maintain data integrity & standardization across reports - Present insights to stakeholders in a simple, structured manner **6. Process Improvement** - Support process improvement initiatives using data insights - Contribute to standardization and scalability projects - Assist in building predictive analytics
