**Job Title:** Business Analyst / Data Analyst / Marketing Analyst **Job Type:** Full-time **Job Summary** We are looking for a skilled and motivated **Data Analyst** with expertise in **SAS, Python, SQL, and Tableau** to support data-driven marketing analytics and strategy initiatives in the **BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance)** domain. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop insightful dashboards and scalable SAS processes for multiple clients. **Key Responsibilities** **📌 Marketing Campaign Strategy & Audience Development** - Design data-driven marketing strategies for banking products based on historical campaign performance. - Develop AI/ML models to optimize campaign ROI and customer targeting. - Build and validate campaign audiences aligned with approved strategies. **📊 Campaign Performance Analysis & Reporting** - Enhance and maintain Tableau dashboards with a focus on usability and visual storytelling for non-technical stakeholders. - Conduct in-depth data analysis using SAS to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights. - Perform segmentation using decision trees and clustering techniques. - Execute statistical A/B testing to evaluate campaign effectiveness. - Translate client requirements into technical specifications and deliver data-backed solutions. - Prepare and present findings through impactful PowerPoint presentations and ad hoc reports. **Required Skills & Qualifications** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. - Minimum **3 years of experience** in analytics, preferably in marketing or BFSI. - Proficient in **SAS** , **SQL** , and/or **Python** for data manipulation and analysis. - At least **1 year of experience** in building dashboards using **Tableau** or **Power BI** . - Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and data storytelling skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Experience in the **banking or financial services** sector is a strong plus. - Certifications in SAS or Tableau are advantageous. **Additional Requirements** - Must be available to work **evening shifts** to support global clients. - **Work from office** : Candidates must be willing to relocate to **Gurugram** or **Ahmedabad** .
