Scale It:** You’ll have the freedom to lead, the resources to build, and the opportunity to leave your mark. - **Empowered Growth:** We invest in your growth and empower you to explore your full potential. - **Exceptional Benefits:** Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, wellness programs, learning & development opportunities, and more. **Role:** Sr Associate Partner Insight **Location:** Delhi **What you will do:** - Data Analysis: Identify trends, generate summary statistics, and extract insights from both quantitative and qualitative data across trading, client, and operational datasets. - Dashboarding & Reporting: Build and maintain scalable dashboards and automated reports to track KPIs relevant to brokerage operations, client performance, and revenue metrics. - Ad-hoc Analysis: Respond quickly and accurately to business queries and ad-hoc data requests from leadership - Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product, and business teams to solve problems and provide visibility. - Data Modelling: Design and manage data pipelines, queries, and basic automation using SQL and spreadsheet tools; contribute to broader data infrastructure improvements. - Stakeholder Management: Communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders; present data stories that drive decisions at all levels of the organization. **Who you are:** - SQL: Proficient in writing complex queries, joins, aggregations, and subqueries for data extraction and analysis. - Excel / Google Sheets: Advanced skills including pivot tables, Lookups, dynamic formulas, and data visualization. - Database Knowledge: Working knowledge of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server) and data warehousing concepts. - Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to break down ambiguous problems and deliver structured, data-backed solutions. - Python or R: Ability to use scripting for data wrangling, automation, or statistical modelling. - Databricks: Exposure to Databricks or similar big data / cloud analytics platforms. - Financial Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with stock markets, equity/derivatives trading, broking operations, or financial metrics is a plus. **At Angel One, our thriving culture is rooted in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).** *As an Equal opportunity employer, we wholeheartedly welcome people from all backgrounds irrespective of caste, religion, gender, marital status, sexuality, disability, class or age to be part of our team.
