Role Overview The Data Governance Analyst supports Global Procurement by enabling trusted, standardized, and AI‑ready procurement data that drives productivity, business value, and transformation outcomes. This role plays a hands‑on, execution‑focused part in operationalizing data governance, improving master data quality, and enabling consistent KPI and program reporting across GP. The analyst connects day‑to‑day data governance and stewardship activities to measurable procurement outcomes, reducing manual effort, improving decision quality, and accelerating adoption of analytics, automation, and AI capabilities. This is not an IT or Business Intelligence role. The analyst partners closely with GP business teams, Master Data, Analytics, AI, and IT functions to align with enterprise data standards, controls, and approved platforms. Key Responsibilities GP KPIs, Metrics & Program Reporting • Support GP KPI frameworks by ensuring metric definitions, data sources, and calculations are clearly defined, standardized, and auditable. • Enable consistent, trusted program and transformation reporting by improving data reliability and transparency. • Partner with GP program owners to align reporting needs with governed data sources and approved definitions. Data Governance & Quality Operations • Execute day-to-day procurement data governance activities, including stewardship support, data quality monitoring, issue intake, and remediation tracking. • Support the procurement data stewardship operating model, including routines, escalation paths, and documentation. • Define and maintain governance artifacts such as business glossaries, critical data elements, and business rules for key procurement datasets. • Track and report data quality KPIs (e.g., completeness, accuracy, duplication, timeliness) and support root cause analysis with data and process owners. • Leveraging AI to improve productivity. Procurement Master Data Management, Process Intelligence & Continuous Improvement • Perform hands-on procurement master data cleanup and standardization activities (supplier, category, material, contract, and reference data). • Coordinate with Master Data and process owners to resolve data quality issues at the source and prevent recurrence. • Support continuous improvement of master data processes and controls. • Leverage Celonis process intelligence and process mining capabilities to
