**Position Summary** The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting business data to support strategic decision-making and operational excellence. The role focuses on developing reports, dashboards, forecasting models, and actionable insights that drive business performance. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, expertise in data visualization and reporting tools, and the ability to work with large datasets across multiple business functions. **Key Responsibilities** Data Analysis & Insights - Analyze large datasets to identify business trends, risks, and opportunities. - Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to support decision-making. - Perform advanced analytics, statistical analysis, and data modeling. - Support forecasting, demand planning, and business performance analysis. Reporting & Dashboard Development - Define, track, and report key business KPIs. - Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and performance reports. - Automate recurring reports and reporting processes. - Present analytical findings to stakeholders and leadership teams. Data Management & Governance - Cleanse, validate, and standardize data for reporting purposes. - Conduct master data audits and validation checks. - Ensure compliance with data governance and quality standards. - Maintain reporting structures, databases, and data warehouse environments. Data Integration & Automation - Retrieve, consolidate, and integrate data from multiple sources. - Develop and optimize ETL/data preparation processes. - Support business analytics and digital transformation initiatives. - Utilize advanced analytics tools to improve reporting efficiency. **Qualifications** Education - Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field. **Experience** - 2 to 5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or Data Management. - Experience working with large datasets and enterprise reporting solutions. - Familiarity with forecasting, demand planning, and business performance analysis. **Technical Skills** - Advanced Excel - SQL - Power BI / Tableau - Data Modeling - ETL & Data Integration - Data Warehouse Concepts - KPI Reporting & Dashboard Development - Statistical Analysis - Data Governance & Data Quality **Soft Skills** - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and presentation abilities - Stakeholder management - Attention to detail - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
