**Job Title: Solutions Architect ? Presales- Data platforms & BI** **Relevant work experience : ~15 years** **C level : C5** **Position Overview:** We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Presales Solution Architect & Proposals Writer with expertise in data engineering stacks across AWS and Azure and Power BI platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solutions for source data ingestion, integration, and the use of tools such as Azure Data Factory (ADF), AWS Glue, data migration, data lakes, datawarehouse, cloud data platforms- Databricks/Microsoft Fabric/ Snowflake, cloud data lakehouses, and Power BI. Additionally, experience in supporting and guiding the build of solution accelerators- incl. AI Accelerators for these domains- is desirable. **Key Responsibilities** - Solution Authoring: Conceptualize and write new solutions and technical and commercial proposals wrt customer requirements for data engineering projects, focusing on AWS and Azure platforms. - Technical Writing: Create detailed technical documentation, proposals, solutions and presentations for presales activities. - Data Integration: Design data ingestion and integration strategies using tools like ADF, Event Hubs, AWS Glue, Kinesis etc - Data Management: Design solutions for data migration, data lakes, lakehouse platforms, and cloud data warehouses. - Visualization: Design integration and utilization of Power BI for data visualization and reporting - Collaboration: Work closely with sales, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure solutions meet client requirements and are feasible - Client Engagement: Lead client meetings to understand and elicit their requirements and create and present tailored solutions. - Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data engineering and propose innovative solutions to clients. - Support: Provide guidance and support in the development of solution accelerators. **Qualifications** - Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Experience: Proven experience in presales solutions in data engineering & BI, with a focus on AWS and Azure platforms. - Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-tech stakeholders in customer meetings - Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. **Desirable Skills** - Certifications in AWS and/or Azure data engineering tools and platforms.
