**Dear Candidates,** eClerx is currently hiring for exciting opportunities at our **Navi Mumbai (Airoli), Pune,** **Notice Period:** Immediate joiners or candidates available to join by the **second half of July** are preferred. **Role & responsibilities** Own and manage the endtoend AR data pipeline and reporting ecosystem, including ongoing maintenance, data validation, and delivery of new business-driven enhancements across GCP, BigQuery, and Power BI. **Key Responsibilities** **1. Pipeline Ownership & Maintenance** - Manage the full data pipeline from source systems (trackers, workflow tools) through GCP/BigQuery into Power BI dashboards - Execute and oversee weekly data refresh processes, including data consolidation, transformation (Alteryx), and uploads to BigQuery - Ensure data accuracy, schema alignment, and timely availability of dashboards **2. Data Engineering (GCP / BigQuery)** - Manage GCP Cloud Storage and BigQuery tables (mapped/unmapped datasets, staging pipelines) - Troubleshoot data load issues, schema mismatches, and pipeline failures - Work with scheduled queries and ensure downstream tables used in Power BI remain stable **3. Power BI Development & Support** - Maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards (data models, transformations, validations) - Validate dashboard outputs post-refresh and resolve data discrepancies - Optimize performance and usability for business stakeholders **4. Business Requirements & Solutioning** - Act as the primary point of contact for new business requests and enhancements - Translate business requirements into scalable data models, transformations, and BI solutions - Proactively identify gaps and recommend improvements (data logic, process automation, reporting structure) **5. Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement** - Diagnose data issues across multiple layers (source transformation reporting) - Design scalable fixes instead of tactical workarounds - Drive automation and reduce manual dependencies in the pipeline **Key Skills Required** - **GCP / Big Query** (data pipelines, table management, queries) - **Power BI** (data modeling, DAX, dashboard development) - **Data Engineering fundamentals** (ETL, schema design, data validation) - **Advanced Excel / Data transformation tools** (Alteryx preferred) - **Strong Problem solving & critical thinking** - Ability to **translate ambiguous business requirements into solutions** **Profile We Need** - Owns problems end-to-end (not just updates status) - Can independently **figure out gaps + propose solutions** - Comfortable debugging across **multiple systems (Excel GCP BI)** - Balances **technical depth + business understanding**
