What we can offer you is a space to explore varied technologies and quench your techie soul. **What we are looking for:** **Key Responsibilities** - Design, develop, and maintain data transformation pipelines using DBT - Build modular, reusable, and scalable data models (staging, intermediate, marts) - Write optimized SQL queries for data transformation and performance tuning - Work with data engineers and analysts to translate business requirements into data models - Implement data testing, validation, and documentation using DBT features - Manage incremental models, snapshots, and version control for data workflows - Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across pipelines - Optimize query performance and reduce processing time on large datasets - Integrate DBT with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, etc.) - Monitor jobs, troubleshoot failures, and perform root cause analysis - Maintain technical documentation and follow data governance standards **Technical Skills – Mandatory** - Strong hands-on experience with **DBT (Data Build Tool)** - Advanced proficiency in **SQL (complex queries, joins, optimization)** - Experience with **Data Warehousing concepts** (Star/Snowflake schema) - Exposure to **cloud data platforms** (Snowflake / BigQuery / Redshift / Azure Synapse) - Experience with **ETL/ELT pipelines and data transformation frameworks** - Familiarity with **version control (Git)** - Working knowledge of **Python (preferred but optional)** - Good understanding of **data modeling and pipeline orchestration** **Minimum Qualification: 15 years of full-time education**
