Data Engineer- AWS Redshift + PostgreSQL

**Job description:** **Responsibilities:** - **Requirement Gathering:** Elicit and document business requirements (BRD) from stake holders, Regulatory, finance teams. - **Data Fetching**: Collation of data using PLSQL, EMR, Lambda, etc. - **ETL Pipeline and Mart Generation using Python or SQL:** Develop pipeline and data mart. - **Co-ordination with Internal and external Teams:** Coordinate with internal team such as Finance, IT, EDW, Regulatory, Business etc. - **Financial Accuracy:** Ensure financial accuracy of the said systems by implementing proactive checks and balances. - **Reg Return Submission:** Ensure Deposit mart is created as per the timeline. **Qualifications:** - **Bachelors degree or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field**. - Minimum 2 to 6 years of experience managing said systems in a scheduled commercial bank. - Working Knowledge in **AWS Redshift, RDS PostgreSQL, EMR,EC2, Step Functions, S3, Python, SQL**, etc. will be needed. - Proficient in Python and Spark - Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and project management skills. - Working knowledge in IRIS application will be an added advantage. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
