**Mandatory Skills** - Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake - Strong hands-on experience with SnapLogic - Experience designing and implementing end-to-end ETL/ELT pipelines - Proficiency in SQL and data modeling concepts - Experience with data warehousing, data integration, and performance optimization - Understanding of data governance, data quality, and security best practices - Experience working in Agile development environments **Good to Have Skills** - Experience with Python for data engineering and automation - Experience with dbt (Data Build Tool) for data transformation and analytics engineering - Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP - Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices - Knowledge of orchestration tools such as Airflow or similar technologies **Key Responsibilities** - Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using SnapLogic and Snowflake - Build and optimize ETL/ELT workflows to support business and analytics requirements - Develop and maintain data models, transformations, and integrations across multiple data sources - Optimize Snowflake performance, storage, and query execution - Collaborate with business stakeholders, data analysts, and architects to gather requirements and deliver data solutions - Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance standards are met - Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to data ingestion and transformation processes - Implement monitoring, logging, and performance tuning for data platforms - Contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives **Required Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field - 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or related roles - Proven experience with Snowflake data warehouse implementations - Proven experience developing integrations using SnapLogic - Strong SQL development and query optimization skills - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills **Preferred Qualifications** - Experience with Python-based data processing frameworks - Experience implementing transformations using dbt - Cloud certification or Snowflake certification is a plus - Experience working with large-scale enterprise data platforms
