Data Engineer (Snowflake + Python)

**Key Skills:** Snowflake, Python, Snowflake DB **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Design and implement scalable data pipelines using ELT frameworks and orchestration patterns. - Develop and maintain data models and data warehouse architecture in Snowflake. - Build and manage dbt models for data transformation, documentation, and lineage tracking. - Write efficient, reusable Python scripts for data ingestion, transformation, and automation. - Monitor and optimize performance of data pipelines and Snowflake queries while enforcing data quality and governance. **Skills Required:** - 5+ years of experience in data engineering or a related field. - Python for data manipulation, ingestion, and automation. - Snowflake for schema design, performance tuning, and security. - Scalable data pipeline and warehouse performance optimization practices. - Data transformation and documentation using dbt, including lineage tracking. Good to Have: - Experience with orchestration tools such as Airflow or Prefect. - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Strong SQL skills for large-scale datasets. **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
