We’re currently looking for a Product Manager with experience in Data Integration, Data management, analytics, AI/ML and/or Cloud to join our team. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team and drive the vision and execution of our market-leading Data Integration portfolio, encompassing both on-premises and cloud-based solutions. In this role, you will contribute to the development of a next-generation data management and applications platform — one that addresses complex data integration and management challenges for enterprises at scale. The successful candidate will engage with customers, strategic partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to define and author comprehensive product requirements. Working in close collaboration with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams, you will lead the delivery of innovative, differentiated products that advance our competitive position. This position requires demonstrated ability to operate with agility and precision in a dynamic, high-velocity environment. The ideal candidate will bring a strong record of delivering exceptional user experiences, deep comfort engaging with sophisticated technology, and the strategic acumen to translate technical capabilities into measurable customer and business value. The Product Manager will be expected to demonstrate strong leadership presence — inspiring cross-functional teams, exercising sound product judgment, and communicating product strategy and requirements with clarity and conviction. Success in this role will be measured by the definition and achievement of clear, quantifiable business objectives aligned to organizational priorities. Key Responsibilities: • Engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to elicit, identify, and define both functional and non-functional product requirements with precision and clarity. • Author high-quality product specifications and translate business and customer needs into specific, actionable requirements for Engineering teams. • Partner closely with UX, Engineering, and Documentation to establish and drive product priorities, ensuring the delivery of enterprise-grade, industry-leading functionality. • Serve as the subject matter expert for the product — both externally with customers and partners, and internally across Sales, Pre-Sales, Professional Services, and Customer Support organizations. • Develop enablement materials and product demonstrations in support of field readiness initiatives, train-the-trainer programs, industry conferences, webinars, and analyst briefings. • Conduct ongoing competitive analysis to inform product strategy, positioning, and differentiation. • Own and manage the product backlog for designated product areas, ensuring the right capabilities are prioritized and delivered in alignment with business objectives and customer commitments. Required Qualifications: • 8+ years of industry experience within an independent software vendor (ISV) environment, with a focus on enterprise applications. • 1–3+ years of direct Product Management experience at an ISV, with a demonstrated ability to manage the full product lifecycle for enterprise-grade solutions. • Proven analytical, design, and product development skills, with a disciplined approach to planning and execution. • Demonstrated ability to gather, prioritize, and translate complex business needs into detailed requirements and functional specifications.
