Key Responsibilities - Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data across systems by performing regular data validation and quality checks. - Monitor and maintain data integrity by identifying discrepancies, duplicates, and errors, and taking corrective actions. - Manage data enrichment activities by researching and updating missing or incomplete information. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, IT, business units) to resolve data-related issues and improve data processes. - Maintain and update databases using tools such as SAP, Salesforce, or other data management systems. - Develop and implement data quality standards, procedures, and best practices. - Generate reports and dashboards to track data quality metrics and highlight trends or issues. - Support data migration, cleansing, and transformation initiatives as required. **Qualifications** - 1+ years of experience in data management, data quality, or data integrity roles, with hands-on exposure to data enrichment and validation processes. - Proficiency in data management tools and platforms; experience with systems such as SAP or Salesforce is an added advantage. - Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering (with an Information Systems focus), Data Analytics, or a related field involving large and complex datasets. - Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manage high-volume data accurately. - Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy, consistency, and reliability. - Good research and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions. - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
