By displaying an in-depth understanding of these datasets to address business challenges and harnessing opportunities across various dimensions - Possessing the ability to collect and document intricate client requirements offering proficient user support, play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between client expectations and operational execution. Adeptness in understanding complex to capture project specifications accurately, develop tailored solutions that align with client objectives, troubleshooting issues, providing guidance, and enhancing the overall user experience. - Comprehensive management of a team to support Member firms in effectively organizing and categorizing their information within Deloitte systems. This encompasses the cultivation of best practices and the propagation of consistent processes, collective knowledge and methodologies sharing, enhancing efficiency, collaboration, and alignment across various platforms through established standards and optimized workflows. - Build a high-performing team through a strategic blend of periodic reviews, SMART goal sharing, and the formulation of tailored developmental plans. Eestablish clear performance benchmarks that drive motivation and accountability. - Actively foster an environment of ongoing improvement by motivating Cluster leads, AMs and DMs to consistently pinpoint opportunities for enhancement. Identify areas within their respective domains for refinement, proactive problem-solving, facilitate the evolution of practices and processes. - Implement overall group strategy to team level by formulating clear steps so firm wide goals and objectives are met. - Has proven success and 10+ years of experience in Entity Data Management processes and procedures that include managing Client Data Profiling effort like inspecting data for errors, inconsistencies, redundancies and incomplete information. - Has proven knowledge and 8+ years of experience in Data Quality Management/ Quality Control including Data Cleansing processes and procedures that include managing Client Data Profiling effort monitoring, and quality control cleansing capabilities aimed at improvement of the level of trust that leaders and practitioners have in the data. - Design and manage the implementation end-to-end Data updating techniques to validate and enhance Firm’s client master that involves finding, evaluating and integrating additional sources of information. - Has proven success using CDI methodologies to design, implement, and improve the Client Data Hub by managing efforts to intelligently match, merge and link information from various data source; to develop and maintain internal to external data point-to-point links; to receive and process adds, deletes, and changes related to internal and external data sources and to propagate these changes through our Client Data Hub. - Has proven success in Client Segmentation techniques to classify and segment clients using the Market Refresh (Parent Client population, attributes, & hierarchy); improve parent client industry classification etc. - Expert knowledge on internal and external platforms and information sources (Eg: Salesforce, ServiceNow, MDM Informatica, D&B Hoovers, Compustat, EDGAR, MergerStat, etc.) - Has 8+ years of relevant experience in implementing advanced Data Architecture concepts that includes Implementing Change Data Capture (CDC) techniques; process for capturing master data across multiple time horizons; maintain the Firm’s dimensional hierarchies; to normalize and develop multi-dimensional data models. - Has 8+ years of relevant experience in using BPI methodologies (e.g., V-Model, DMAIC, Six-Sigma, Agile, Lean) to optimize utilization, increase throughput (workflow), and improve quality. - Make significant enhancements to existing complex data management, research and workflow methodologies. - Actively cultivate expertise across various domains, positioning yourself as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in multiple areas through comprehensive learning and exploration, gaining mastery over diverse subjects. Should be go-to resource for intricate queries, solutions, and informed guidance. - Assists in data management, governance, and data quality of master data requirements with other functional data owners to ensure functional master data integrity across multi-subject systems is consistent and meets stated business rules and requirements. - Experience in master data governance strategy, processes, and operations. Knowledge of master data management and governance leading practices (data governance, data modeling, data quality, data lineage, master data management, metadata management, data analytics etc.). - Establish new sub-processes for enhancement/improvement of the processes. - Proven business acumen, including ability to communicate across all levels of an organization, ability to work across cultures, and success in meeting organizational goals. - Designing and implementing ETL processes, facilitate the seamless integration of external data into a unified storage platform.
