**Data migration Manager** - Experience in Data migration from SAP/Non-SAP to S/4 HANA with full life cycle implementation Opportunity to lead critical SAP migration projects. - Experience: 8–10 years in SAP data migration projects, with at least 3–4 years in a technical lead role. - Lead the technical design and implementation of SAP data migration solutions. - Provide guidance to developers and data analysts on ETL processes, data mapping, transformation logic, authoring migration technical specifications, build migration solutions and designing reconciliation reports. - Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and project standards. - Manage extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data from legacy systems into SAP (ECC, S/4HANA). - Experience in BODS Designer Components- Projects, Jobs, Workflow, Data Flow (Master Data and Transactional Data), Scripts, Data Stores and Formats. - Develop and optimize migration programs using SAP Data Services (BODS), LSMW, SAP Migration Cockpit, or other ETL tools. - Work closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and project managers to align migration activities with business needs. - Perform data profiling, cleansing, and validation to ensure accuracy and completeness under the Collaborative, innovative, and growth-oriented work environment. - Define and enforce data quality rules, reconciliation processes, and audit controls. - Conduct technical reviews and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (GDPR, SOX). - Translate functional requirements into technical specifications for migration. - opportunities to automate and streamline migration processes. - Stay updated on SAP S/4HANA migration tools and emerging technologies. - Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex migration projects. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Summary: We are seeking a Data Migration Technical Lead to architect and deliver the end-to-end migration from non‑SAP systems to SAP S/4HANA. The lead will design ETL pipelines, drive mock load cycles, ensure data quality, and manage cutover to enable a successful go-live. The role demands deep hands-on expertise in SAP migration tooling (Migrate Your Data app, SLT, SDI/Data Intelligence, BODS) and strong collaboration with functional and business stakeholders. Responsibilities: - Define migration scope, objects, and strategy aligned to SAP Activate. - Design and implement ETL pipelines, staging areas, and transformation logic. - Lead data profiling, cleansing, and enrichment; put DQ controls in place.
