We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist **In This Role, You Will** - Primary Skills –Linux, Ansible, Python, Atlassian JIRA, Confluence, Hadoop - Proficient in Shell Scripting, Python, Ansible Automation. - Good understanding of RDBMS and SQLs and has worked with Postgres/Mariadb Databases - Understanding of Terraform, Hashicorp Vault, S3 and networking concepts would be an advantage - Experience using REST API's to integrate 3rd party tools and provide seamless end to end automation using Ansible - Confluence and building comprehensive documentation for solutions created - Experience of Hadoop, Kubernetes, Grafana, Prometheus would be an advantage To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate the building, scanning , testing and deployment of applications ensuring rapid and reliable delivery of software releases in adherence to DevSecOps Principles. - Manage source code repositories and version control using Github including branch management and code reviews and merge strategies. - Contribution to Apache open source, Public GitHub repository with sizeable, big data operations and application code base - Maintain system, operational, helpdesk documentation: Production Support procedures, development specifications, User FAQ’s - Conform to the defined Development standards, Legal, Compliance and SOX controls - Collaboration with Technical , Business teams and different software vendors. - Strong communication ,documentation and problem solving skills (technical and non-technical) You’ll achieve more when you join HSBC. www.hsbc.com/careers HSBC is committed to building a culture where all employees are valued, respected and opinions count.
