You'll work alongside senior Data Scientists and data teams to turn generative AI capabilities into practical, production-ready solutions. This role suits someone early in their career who is eager to learn, experiment, and ship. Your focus would be on building Solutions/Products/PoCs providing Analytical Insights What You'll Do - Build, test, and iterate on applications powered by large language models (LLMs) and other generative AI models. - Develop prompts, pipelines, and integrations that connect AI models to internal data and systems. - Support the deployment and monitoring of AI solutions and help troubleshoot issues. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. - Stay current with evolving tools, frameworks, and best practices in the generative AI space. What We're Looking For - 0–3 years of experience in Data Science or Generative AI (recent graduates are also welcome). - Solid programming skills, ideally in Python. - Data Analysis skills using SQL - Familiarity with LLMs and generative AI concepts (APIs, prompting, embeddings, RAG). - Understanding of data handling, APIs, and version control (e.g., Git). - Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn quickly. Nice to Have - Prior hands-on experience with Databricks. - Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). - Experience with MLOps or deploying models to production. INCO: “Cushman & Wakefield”
