Job description

As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining data pipelines, ETL processes, and data workflows that drive the organizations data-driven initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data solutions, ensuring the quality and integrity of data across systems. Technical Proficiency: o Strong understanding of data pipelines, ETL processes, and data workflows. o Ability to perform data wrangling and transformation efficiently. • Data Analysis & Insight Generation: o Expertise in data analysis, data modeling, and generating actionable insights. o Ability to utilize machine learning algorithms and statistical techniques for data discovery. • Collaboration and Communication: o Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and gather business requirements. o Strong communication skills to present insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels. • Data Integrity & Quality Management: o Deep understanding of data quality standards, ensuring data integrity across various systems. • Problem-Solving: o Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex data challenges. Design, implement, and maintain robust data pipelines, ETL processes, and automated data workflows to support organizational data needs. 2 Conduct data analysis, modeling, and visualization to uncover insights and provide actionable recommendations that support decision-making. 3 Develop and uphold data quality standards, ensuring data integrity across multiple systems and platforms. 4 Collaborate with multiple teams to gather business requirements and develop data-driven solutions tailored to those needs. 5 Perform data wrangling on large, complex datasets, ensuring they are cleaned, transformed, and ready for analysis. 6 Leverage statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to identify patterns, trends, and predictive insights within the data. 7 Communicate findings effectively through clear reports and visualizations, presenting data-driven recommendations to stakeholders. 8 Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and best practices in data science, analytics, and machine learning, and continuously implement improvements.
