Candidate Responsibilities - **Hands-on AI development**: Build and deploy LLMs, RAG systems, and agentic workflows. - **Python coding**: Write efficient, production-ready code; pass Carrot assessment. - **Use case implementation**: Support AI projects across HR, finance, risk, and compliance from POC to production. - **Operational collaboration**: Work with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business needs. - **Problem-solving**: Address real-world challenges, ensuring solutions are practical and not just theoretical. - **Hybrid/remote work**: Flexibility to work from Hyderabad or Pune, with remote options available. - **Continuous learning**: Stay updated with evolving AI frameworks, tools, and enterprise applications. Candidate Background Required - **Core Skills:** - **Python** (mandatory, tested via Carrot assessment). - **Large Language Models (LLM)**. - **Agentic workflow systems** and **RAG systems**. - **Experience:** - Minimum **6+ years overall experience**. - At least **12 years hands-on** with AI-specific skills. - **Location Preference:** - Primarily **Hyderabad**, with **Pune** as secondary. - Hybrid or remote acceptable.
