Job description
**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Develop predictive models using machine learning algorithms such as XGBoost, regression, and deep learning to drive business outcomes in the pharmaceutical industry. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that meet customer needs and improve operational efficiency. - Build and maintain complex datasets, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data for analysis. - Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis findings to inform strategic decision-making. **Job Requirements :** - 3-10 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry. - Strong background in predictive modeling, natural language processing (NLP), and machine learning techniques including XGBoost and Deep Learning. - Experience working with large datasets using Python programming language; proficiency in SQL is required.
