Roles and Responsibilities : • Develop predictive models using machine learning algorithms such as XGBoost, regression, and deep learning to drive business outcomes in the pharmaceutical industry. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that meet customer needs and improve operational efficiency. • Build and maintain complex datasets, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data for analysis. • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis findings to inform strategic decision-making. Job Requirements : • 3-10 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry. • Strong background in predictive modeling, natural language processing (NLP), and machine learning techniques including XGBoost and Deep Learning. • Experience working with large datasets using Python programming language; proficiency in SQL is required.
