Job description

- Ability to apply and **direct the use** of data science techniques to analyse complex datasets, **build predictive models**, leverage LLMs, and extract actionable insights to support pricing decision-making - **Extensive knowledge of statistical methods**, preferably including **generalised linear modelling**, and **machine learning techniques**, and the ability to shape and manage their use in a highly numerate environment - Ability **to lead the development** of scalable and maintainable solutions for data manipulation, automation, scripting and developing via Python and SQL - Experience in building predictive models in VertexAI, and utilising Googles tools such as Gemini to leverage better understanding of data - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage the interpretation of complex data and its distillation into clear, actionable insights that support decision-making across the business - **Ability to coach and develop colleagues** to high performance and to deliver the most efficient use of resources - Extensive experience of communicating technical concepts to a range of audiences, up to and including senior management
