**Job Description** We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in mathematics, statistics, and computer science, with proficiency in programming and data analysis. This role involves extracting actionable insights from complex datasets to inform strategic business decisions. **Key Responsibilities** - Data Collection & Preparation: Identify, acquire, and preprocess structured and unstructured data from various sources to ensure data quality and integrity. - Data Analysis & Modeling: Employ statistical methods and machine learning algorithms to analyze large datasets, uncover trends, and develop predictive models that address business challenges. - Data Visualization: Utilize data visualization tools to present complex findings in an accessible and actionable manner to stakeholders. - Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product development, and business units, to align data-driven insights with organizational objectives. - Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and related technologies to ensure the application of cutting-edge techniques. **Technical Skills** - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL. - Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries. - Hands-on experience with model development (Random Forest, XGBoost). - Domain expertise in Banking, Payments, or Fraud detection. **Required Education & Experience** - Education: Bachelor’s degree in a field such as Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. - Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience **Recognition & Achievements** - We have been recognized as a Star Performer in Data & AI Services Specialists - Everest’s North America PEAK Matrix 2025, and as a Leader in AIM’s Pema Quadrant of Agentic AI Service Providers - 2025. - In Nov 2023, Straive acquired Gramener, an award-winning, design-led data science company, enhancing our data, analytics, and AI capabilities.
