**Job Overview :** We are looking for a skilled and passionate **Data Scientist** with **3 to 6 years of experience** to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between classic data science methodologies and modern Machine Learning techniques. In this role, you will be responsible for building, deploying, and optimizing predictive models, and leveraging cloud infrastructure to scale data-driven solutions that solve complex business challenges. Key Responsibilities - **Model Development:** Design, build, and deploy robust Machine Learning models and classical statistical solutions to address business problems. - **Data Analysis & Feature Engineering:** Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA), data cleaning, and advanced feature engineering on large, structured, and unstructured datasets. - **Cloud Deployment:** Deploy and manage ML models in a production environment using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). - **Collaboration:** Work closely with data engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable technical solutions. - **Monitoring & Optimization:** Continuously monitor model performance in production, implement retraining pipelines, and optimize algorithms for accuracy and efficiency. Required Technical Skills - **Experience:** 3 to 6 years of core experience working as a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer. - **Core Data Science:** Strong foundation in **Classical Data Science** (Regression, Classification, Clustering, Time-series forecasting, Hypothesis testing, and Statistical modeling). - **Machine Learning:** Expertise in building **ML Models** (Tree-based models like XGBoost/LightGBM, Ensemble techniques, Neural Networks, etc.). - **Programming:** High proficiency in **Python** or **R** along with standard data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, SciPy). - **Cloud Frameworks:** Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform: - **AWS** (SageMaker, S3, EC2, Lambda) - **Azure** (Azure ML Studio, Databricks) - **GCP** (Vertex AI, BigQuery ML) - **Database Skills:** Strong command over **SQL** for data extraction and manipulation.
