Job Description - -------------- **Job Summary** We are seeking a Technical Product Lead -- Data Scientist to build and lead an AI-powered analytics platform focused on location intelligence, geospatial AI, and advanced data science capabilities. This hands-on senior role combines deep technical expertise with a product mindset to develop production-grade machine learning models, AI agents, geospatial frameworks, and data pipelines that enable data-driven decision-making at scale. The role collaborates closely with engineering, product, and design teams to deliver scalable AI solutions for portfolio analysis, site selection, market intelligence, cost modeling, and sustainability scoring. **Key Responsibilities** Design and develop geospatial models for location scoring, market positioning, demographic analysis, and spatial intelligence. Build AI-powered location intelligence capabilities to provide real-time market insights and portfolio recommendations. Develop and maintain scalable geospatial data pipelines for property data, demographic information, transportation networks, and ESG indicators. Implement map-based features including property visualization, clustering, search, filtering, and spatial data overlays. Evaluate, onboard, and manage third-party geospatial and market data sources. Design, train, validate, and deploy machine learning models supporting cost optimization, sustainability, talent accessibility, market **Required Skills** 10+ years of hands-on Data Science experience. Minimum 2 years of experience with Geospatial Data, Location Intelligence, or Spatial Analytics. Strong proficiency in Python. Experience with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, and SQL. Hands-on experience with GeoPandas, Shapely, PostGIS, Folium, or similar geospatial technologies. Experience building and deploying AI Agents and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions. Strong expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agent Orchestration, and AI output evaluation.
