Data Test Engineer (ETL Testing)

Job description

Required Skills Experience Technical Skills - 8-12 years of experience in ETL / DWH testing. - Strong SQL skills for complex validation queries. - Hands on experience with Microsoft Fabric components (any combination of): o Data Factory (Pipelines, Dataflows Gen2) o Lakehouse (Delta tables, Notebooks) o Data Warehouse (SQL Endpoint) o Power BI semantic model validation - Experience testing data platforms built on Azure (ADLS, ADF, Synapse, Databricks). - Strong understanding of ETL/ELT concepts, data modeling, and medallion architecture. - Experience with Python, PySpark, or similar scripting languages for automation. Domain Knowledge - Experience testing insurance data (policies, claims, exposure, pricing, risk) is highly desirable. - Familiarity with regulatory reporting frameworks (Solvency II, IFRS 17) is a plus.
