Data Testing - Cloud Lead

Job description

Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end testing for Azure-based cloud migration programs, ensuring data integrity and quality across all stages - Develop and maintain Python-based automation scripts for data validation, reconciliation, and test optimization - Perform ETL testing, including data validation, transformation checks, and source-to-target mapping verification - Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data profiling and reconciliation. - Validate Azure data workflows, including ADF pipelines, Databricks (PySpark) notebooks, and ingestion/transformation processes - Drive defect management lifecycle, including tracking, reporting, root cause analysis, and stakeholder communication Required Skills: - 6+ years in ETL & Data Migration Testing - Strong proficiency in SQL, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Databricks (PySpark), and Python - Hands-on experience with Azure data services including ADLS, Delta Lake, Azure SQL, and Synapse - Proven experience in cloud data migration and testing within the Azure ecosystem - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively
