Project Role : Database Administrator Project Role Description : Design, implement and maintain databases. Install database management systems (DMBS). Develop procedures for day-to-day maintenance and problem resolution. Key responsibilities: • Enable and operationalize embedded Oracle AI capabilities relevant to Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor workflows (configuration, security, role controls, and adoption). • Run use-case discovery workshops and map business pain points to Oracle product AI features define value KPIs and adoption metrics. • Implement Oracle AI governance inside the application: access controls, auditability, human-in-the-loop approvals, and responsible-use guardrails. • Extend Oracle screens/processes safely using supported extensions/APIs so AI outputs land in the right workflow state (no breaking compliance). • Deliver rollout playbooks: pilot - phased deployment - training and hypercare, with measurable productivity / cycle-time improvements. Professional & Technical skills: • Deep hands-on with Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor • Oracle security/roles and workflow states configuration and feature enablement • Integration basics (APIs, events, OIC where applicable) and testing mindset • Prompt/template assets where supported telemetry, audit logs, and KPI tracking Additional information: Experience aligned to level level strong stakeholder management and delivery discipline.
