**About the Company** We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head – Operations (O&M) to lead the operations, maintenance, and uptime performance of our data centre portfolio. This role is critical to ensuring world-class reliability, safety, and SLA performance, aligned with global hyperscaler standards. **About the Role** We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head – Operations (O&M) to lead the operations, maintenance, and uptime performance of our data centre portfolio. This role is critical to ensuring world-class reliability, safety, and SLA performance, aligned with global hyperscaler standards. **Responsibilities** - Lead end-to-end operations & maintenance (O&M) for all commissioned data centres - Establish and manage a Central Command & Monitoring Centre (CCMC) for remote operations oversight - Develop, implement, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for: - Electrical systems - Mechanical infrastructure - Cooling solutions - Fiber networks - Ensure ultra-high availability with uptime targets of >99.999% - Drive predictive & preventive maintenance using IoT and AI-based analytics - Manage vendor AMCs, including performance tracking and escalation management - Conduct root-cause analysis for incidents and implement corrective actions - Oversee spares, consumables, and inventory planning - Drive energy efficiency initiatives and monitor PUE metrics - Ensure alignment with global compliance, audit, and security standards **Qualifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred: Electrical/Mechanical) - 15+ years of experience in data centre or critical infrastructure operations **Required Skills** - Strong expertise in: - DCIM systems - Automation and monitoring tools - High-availability environments - Proven leadership in managing large-scale operations teams - Strong focus on safety, compliance, and customer experience **Preferred Skills** - Success Metrics: - Achieve and sustain 99.999% uptime - Maintain PUE ≤ 1.25 - Ensure 100% SLA compliance with zero major downtime incidents - Deliver ≥10% annual cost efficiency improvement in O&M **Pay range and compensation package** [Pay range or salary or compensation]
