Job description

**Role: DB2 UDB DBA** **Experience range: :8 -12 years** **Location : Pan India** **Role & responsibilities** Provide **operational support** for IBM Db2 UDB databases (Prod & NonProd) - Perform Db2 **installation, configuration, upgrades, and patching** - Monitor performance, capacity, and availability; proactively resolve issues - Manage **backup, restore, recovery**, and DR readiness (including HADR) - Conduct **rootcause analysis** and drive preventive improvements - Implement and support **data masking** solutions for sensitive data - Design and manage **data archiving strategies** aligned with retention policies
