Job description

Mandatory Requirements - Currently working as a **Site Manager** or **Distribution Centre (DC) Manager**. - Managing a **warehouse/distribution centre of at least 150,000 sq. ft. (1.5 lakh sq. ft.)**. - Minimum **5 years of experience** in a DC Manager/Site Manager role. - Overall professional experience of **10-18 years** in warehouse operations and supply chain. - Must have experience in the **Grocery Retail** industry (mandatory). - Bachelor's degree in **Engineering (BE/B.Tech)** or an **MBA** from a reputed institution. - Proven experience managing high-volume distribution centre operations, including inbound, outbound, inventory, and people management. Preferred Experience - Experience in a **Semi automated** **fully automated or highly automated distribution centre**. - Exposure to warehouse automation technologies such as ASRS, conveyors, sortation systems, robotics, AGVs/AMRs, and WMS. - Experience managing large operational teams across multiple shifts. - Strong understanding of food safety, inventory accuracy, and warehouse productivity metrics.
