**AI Engineer with Gen AI/ Agentic AI Experience** **Experience: 6-8 Years** Location: [Pune/Hyderabad/Bangalore] **About the Role** Seeking a skilled AI/ML Engineer with hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI to build scalable, enterprise-grade AI solutions. The role involves working across the AI lifecycle, from solution design and model development to deployment and business adoption. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions aligned with business objectives. - Build and optimize GenAI applications leveraging LLMs, RAG architectures, and AI agents. - Develop intelligent workflows and autonomous agents to automate business processes. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineers to identify and implement AI use cases. - Evaluate, fine-tune, and monitor ML and GenAI models for performance and reliability. - Develop reusable frameworks, accelerators, and best practices for AI adoption. - Support production deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of AI solutions. **Mandatory skills & experience** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 6-8 years of experience in AI/ML solution development and deployment. - Strong expertise in Python and machine learning development. - Hands-on experience with supervised and unsupervised machine learning techniques. - Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent. - Strong understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). - Hands-on experience building AI Agents and Agentic AI solutions using modern orchestration frameworks. - Experience with vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search concepts. - Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and enterprise system integrations. - Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. **Good-to-Have Skills** - Experience in Computer Vision, NLP, Recommendation Systems, or Time Series Forecasting. - Relevant certifications in AI/ML, Generative AI, Azure, AWS, or GCP will be an added advantage. - Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. - Understanding of Responsible AI, AI Governance, and Model Explainability.
