Years of experience - 6 to 8 Years JD - **Python backend developer** ## **Mandatory Skills** ### **Core Programming** - Strong proficiency in **Python (OOPs, data structures, algorithms)** - Experience with **backend frameworks** : Flask / FastAPI / Django REST ### **Data Engineering Skills** - Hands-on experience in **ETL pipeline development** - Strong knowledge of **SQL and data modeling** - Experience with **PySpark / Spark** - Understanding of **Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold layers)** ### **Big Data & Cloud** - Experience with **GCP (preferred)** – BigQuery, Dataflow, GCS - Exposure to **AWS or Azure** is also acceptable - Working knowledge of **distributed systems and big data ecosystems** ### **Data & Storage** - Experience with **NoSQL databases** (MongoDB, Cassandra, Bigtable) - Strong understanding of **data warehouse concepts**
