**Job Purpose** Seeking a business-oriented person having analytical skills to convert real life problems into an analytical problem that can be solved for using dataCulture Anchor:Think like an Entrepreneur - Encourages new ideas, helps teams improve, and supports them in taking up challengesPractice Emotional Intelligence - Listens to others, stays calm under pressure, and treats everyone with respect.Transform Continuously - Explores opportunities and encourages teams to improve processes and systems for better delivery.Recognize Reward Success - Recognizes hard work, supports talent growth, and ensures fair rewards and development. **Duties and Responsibilities** Aiding the company in tracking of Customers by enriching data leading to increased contractability with the customer-Accountable for NPL and Collection Systems configuration-Exploring data that are a part of internal organization but is not being used for Search engine-Identification of external Resources and Vendors for data enrichment **Required Qualifications and Experience** a)QualificationsGraduate and preferably masters in Statistics/ Computersb)Work Experience- Minimum ten years of proven experience in data analytics/ data Engineering roles with Banks or other financial organization - Exploring vendor data and doing POC checking the fitment of the data with our organizations goals - Should be able to lead a team in achieving the organizations goals - Accountable for Collections User Management (user request portal request management and timely resolution of the Queries as per defined TAT) - Ability to read and establish co-relation between data sets. - Execution of system health checks and publishing the health check reports. - Identification of improvement areas for NPL system user management. - Accountable for monthly collection system configuration as per collections team requirement - Accountable for Change Management is seamless. - Maintenance of Collections classification, allocation, workflow rules as per collection strategy. - Collection System Master Reconciliation as per defined schedules. - System process health checks as per defined schedules. - Ensuring completion of collection application / user mapping requests with in defined TAT. - Maintenance of audit trails for every change request. - Capable of interacting with Field Team and Central members. - Providing System related solution to Collections team. - Imparting system functionality trainings to collections team. - Should be capable to understand field issues and convert them into actionable and improvement. - Ensure adherence to the Code of Conduct - Building statistical models is a plus not - Should be able to work on Python, Data Lake, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence (Is a Plus) - Ability to work under pressure without compromising quality and accuracy - Attention to details and good organizational skills - Lateral thinking ability
