Job description
- **Role:** Collection Executive (Telecalling) - **Work Locations:** 1. Chennai - No. 11, Rajiv Gandhi Salai (OMR), Tek Tower, Thoraipakkam, Chennai 2. Gurgaon - Vatika Business Park, Block 2, Sector 49, Sohna Road, Gurgaon. 3. Mumbai - Intellion Square (TRIL IT4), Malad East, Mumbai, Maharashtra. - **Shift Timings**: Day shift - **Experience:** min 12 months relevant experience in collections - **Key Skills:** Negotiation, Communication, Persuasion - **Job Responsibilities:** 1. Make outbound collection calls to customers with overdue payments. 2. Negotiate and persuade customers to make timely payments while maintaining professionalism. 3. Follow compliance guidelines and adhere to RBI/DRA regulations. 4. Maintain accurate records of interactions and payment commitments. 5. Work towards achieving collection targets. 6. Handle customer queries related to outstanding dues and provide appropriate solutions. 7. Collaborate with the team to improve collection strategies. - **Key Requirements:** 1. Prior experience in a collection process is mandatory. 2. DRA certification is required. 3. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. 4. Excellent verbal and written communication. 5. Ability to handle difficult conversations tactfully. **NOTE: DRA certification is mandatory**
