Job description
**Key Responsibilities:** - **Field Collection:** Conduct field visits to delinquent customers to collect pending EMI/loan repayments. - **Target Achievement:** Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection/recovery targets. - **Customer Interaction:** Engage with customers, understand their payment challenges, and negotiate suitable repayment solutions. - **Deposit & Settlement:** Ensure timely deposit of collected funds and update status accurately in the system. - **Compliance & Ethics:** Strictly follow company policies, RBI guidelines, and professional ethics during all customer interactions. - **Portfolio Management:** Maintain clean records of customer visits, promises to pay (PTP), and non-traceable accounts. - Number - 73035 39814 - Email - disha.bhargav@randstad.in
