The ideal candidate will have end-to-end ownership of delivery, customer relationships, team management, operational excellence, and P&L accountability, ensuring successful execution of complex healthcare and medical device projects while driving profitability and business growth.** **Key Responsibilities** **Delivery & Program Management** - Lead multiple medical device engineering and software delivery programs. - Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication. - Drive on-time, within-budget, and high-quality project delivery. - Establish delivery metrics, KPIs, SLA adherence, and operational excellence practices. **Medical Devices Domain Leadership** - Deliver solutions aligned with medical device regulations and quality standards. - Work with products across: - Diagnostic Devices - Imaging Systems - Patient Monitoring Devices - Connected Medical Devices (IoMT) - SaMD (Software as a Medical Device) - Wearables and Digital Health Solutions - Ensure compliance with FDA, MDR, ISO 13485, IEC 62304, and other healthcare regulations. **Customer & Stakeholder Management** - Act as the primary liaison for client engagements and executive governance reviews. - Build trusted relationships with customers and identify growth opportunities. - Drive account expansion, renewals, and new business opportunities. **Team Leadership** - Lead and mentor Delivery Leads, Engineering Managers, Architects, and project teams. - Manage large global teams across development, QA, validation, and regulatory functions. - Drive employee engagement, retention, and competency development. **Business Growth & Presales** - Support RFPs, solutioning, estimation, and proposal creation. - Collaborate with sales and account teams to identify new opportunities. - Participate in strategic business planning and account growth initiatives. **Required Skills** **Domain Expertise** - **Medical Devices** - **Healthcare Technology** - **SaMD (Software as Medical Device)** - **Connected Devices / IoMT** - **Regulatory Compliance** **Delivery Expertise** - **Program Management** - **Portfolio Management** - **Agile / Scrum** - **Waterfall** - **Risk & Governance Management** - **Client Management**
