## **Job Description** As an integral part of Capgemini’s Intelligent Finance and Accounting Operations (IFAO) Consulting, Drive large-scale, technology-enabled finance transformations by leading strategic delivery of automation solutions. Build trusted client relationships, orchestrate seamless transitions, and shape future-ready business operations through innovation and intelligent automation. So, He/She/They will need to demonstrate the ability to: - Builds strategic client partnerships to drive transformation, growth, and long-term value. - Leads complex, multi-regional Operational programs ensuring delivery excellence, risk control, and profitability. - Drives continuous improvement and digital innovation to enhance operational capabilities and service offerings. - Ensures high-quality delivery with a focus on business outcomes - Be a confident, polished and fluent presenter frequently presenting to client management teams, to boards and to large audiences - Lead the development and extension of products and services and know how to communicate and market them - Develops high-performing teams through strategic hiring, mentoring, and enhancement of capability. ## **Primary Skills** General Responsibilities / Accountabilities: Lead strategic P2P and Vendor debit (vendor claims, rebates, ACOP entries) operations, transformation, drive operational excellence, and deliver high-impact finance solutions. Inspire teams, engage clients, and champion innovation across global procurement and payment operations. Be inspired to inspire our clients and people so He/She/They will also be expected to: - Strategic Leadership & Business Growth o Drive the strategic roadmap for the P2P & Vendor debit (vendor claims, rebates, ACOP entries) function, aligning with enterprise-wide goals and digital finance transformation initiatives. o Lead as a strategic thought leader in Finance & Accounting, driving transformative P2P and vendor debit initiatives, delivering impactful solutions, and influencing senior stakeholders to unlock business value and innovation. - End-to-End P2P Delivery Oversight o Oversee global P2P and Vendor debit (vendor claims, rebates, ACOP entries) operations, ensuring client satisfaction, SLA/KPI adherence and strategic alignment with business and compliance objective. o Drive KPI improvements in cost, accuracy, and service levels through close coordination with operations, ensuring compliance with audit, tax, and reporting standards. - Transformation Leadership o Lead automation and digital transformation initiatives using ERP and procurement technologies, while developing methodologies tailored to evolving client needs and service delivery excellence o Lead and disrupt traditional frameworks through the application of Transformation and Innovation Office (TIO) principles and change management methodologies. - Client Engagement & Business Development o Identify and pursue business transformation opportunities, crafting winning proposals o Facilitate board-level workshops and strategic sessions with clients to co-create solutions and drive innovation. o Build and maintain high-level client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and transformation partner. - Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management o Lead and empower a global P2P team, driving innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. o Should be ready to deep dive and get hands on with the process. o Foster strategic stakeholder partnerships to ensure alignment, collaboration, and delivery of key business outcomes. - Governance, Risk & Compliance o Ensure governance, compliance, and ethical standards across P2P and Vendor debit by upholding company-defined controls, managing risk, and conducting proactive audits ## **Secondary Skills** Qualifications (Education/Experience/Certification): - Master’s degree in accounting or graduate with CA/ICWA inter or related field. Professional certifications like CA, CPA, CMA, or ACCA would be preferred. - 17 plus years of relevant experience in accounting cycle with expertise with cost optimisation, including Minimum 10 years in a leadership or service delivery role within a global or shared services environment. - Certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, or CPA are advantageous; strong proficiency in ERP, SAP, Coupa, Ariba, or Oracle Cloud is essential. - Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, accounting cycle, intercompany accounting principles, and internal controls. - Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP S4/HANA and reconciliation tools). - Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. - Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across global teams. - Strong service delivery orientation with a focus on meeting deadlines and quality standards. - Technology Awareness and adaptability to evolving financial systems and tools.
