The position provides strong executive visibility, allowing you to work closely with senior leadership and influence strategic decisions. You will champion AI-enabled delivery, leveraging generative AI and automation to transform program execution and efficiency. Additionally, you will strengthen your expertise in healthcare payer domains while leading global teams and complex, multi-stream initiatives. **Responsibilities: -** **Program Leadership & Delivery** - Own end-to-end delivery of **large, multi-stream data and AI programs** within healthcare payer ecosystems. - Drive **program governance, planning, execution, tracking, and closure** , ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Manage multiple interdependent workstreams across **Data Engineering, Analytics, AI/ML, and Business teams** . - Ensure delivery excellence with focus on **quality, timelines, cost, and client satisfaction** . **Stakeholder & Executive Management** - Engage with **senior client stakeholders, business leaders, and executive sponsors** to drive alignment and decision-making. - Lead **steering committees, executive reviews, and program governance forums** . - Translate technical concepts into **business outcomes and executive-level insights** . **Healthcare Payer Domain Expertise** - Leverage deep knowledge of **payer data domains** such as Claims, Enrollment, Provider, Clinical, and Financial data. - Ensure compliance with **healthcare regulations, data privacy standards, and governance frameworks** . - Align program delivery with **payer-specific business processes and transformation goals** . **AI-Enabled Delivery & Innovation** - Champion adoption of **Generative AI tools, intelligent automation, and ML-driven insights** in delivery processes. - Improve **productivity, risk prediction, and decision-making** using AI-powered approaches. - Drive innovation through **automation frameworks, reusable accelerators, and AI-first methodologies** . **Data Platform & Technology Delivery** - Oversee delivery of **modern data platforms** leveraging technologies such as **Snowflake, Databricks, or similar** . - Ensure robust implementation of **data pipelines, lakehouse architectures, data governance, and real-time analytics** . - Collaborate with architects and engineering teams on **platform scalability, security, and performance optimization** . **Risk & Dependency Management** - Proactively identify, track, and mitigate **program risks, dependencies, and issues** . - Implement structured frameworks for **risk management, escalation handling, and contingency planning** . - Ensure cross-team coordination to manage **interdependencies across programs and portfolios** . **Agile & Execution Excellence** - Drive **Agile delivery practices** (SAFe/Scrum/Kanban) across distributed teams. - Balance **Agile methodologies with enterprise governance and regulatory requirements** . - Establish **metrics-driven delivery tracking (KPIs, OKRs, dashboards)** . **Leadership & Team Development** - Lead and mentor **program managers, delivery leads, and cross-functional teams** . - Foster a culture of **collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement** . - Build high-performing teams aligned to **enterprise delivery goals** . **Experience: -** - 18 - 24 Years **Location: -** - Mumbai - Pune - Bangalore - Chennai **Educational Qualifications: -** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Biomedical Engineering or a related field . - Certifications in Program Management (PMP, SAFe, Agile) are preferred **Skills: -** **Mandatory Technical Skills: -** - Program & Portfolio Management - Healthcare Payer Domain Expertise - Data & AI Program Delivery - Stakeholder & Executive Communication - Risk & Dependency Management - Agile / SAFe Delivery Models - Governance & Compliance in Healthcare - Data Platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, AWS, GCP) - AI/ML Enablement & Automation Tools - Financial & Resource Management **Technical & Functional Skills:** - Data Engineering & Analytics Lifecycle - AI/ML Program Integration -
