**Job Title:** Private Cloud Practice Delivery Lead **Experience:** 19+ years **Location:** Greater Noida Coforge is seeking a senior, strategic delivery leader to drive its Private Cloud Practice, driving end-to-end ownership of large-scale private and hybrid cloud engagements across global clients This role goes beyond delivery- it combines practice leadership, transformation, financial ownership, and client advisory. You will be responsible for building a high-performing, scalable cloud delivery organization, ensuring best-in-class execution across VMware, OpenStack, and HCI ecosystems, while aligning technology outcomes with business value The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader (20+ years) with proven experience in scaling cloud practices, managing $50M+ portfolios, and engaging CXO stakeholders globally. Key Responsibilities: - Own and lead the Private Cloud Practice P&L-backed delivery organization - Drive end-to-end delivery across lifecycle: advisory, design, build, migration, modernization, and managed services - Define and institutionalize delivery frameworks, reference architectures, and operating models - Standardize execution across VMware, OpenStack, Nutanix, HCI, and hybrid cloud platforms - Ensure consistent delivery excellence across geographies, accounts, and service lines Portfolio & Financial Ownership - Manage a multi-million-dollar global portfolio across multiple enterprise accounts - Own financial performance: revenue assurance, margin expansion, cost optimization, and forecasting accuracy - Drive commercial governance, including contract adherence, change management, and risk mitigation - Improve portfolio health through productivity levers, automation, and offshore optimization Strategic Client Engagement - Scale talent through competency frameworks, certifications, and succession planning - 20+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Cloud, and Managed Services and 10+ years in leadership roles driving large-scale cloud delivery - Bachelor’s degree in engineering / computer science or Master’s degree preferred (MBA /equivalent is a plus) - ITIL-based service delivery models and Prior experience with Tier-1 IT Services / Consulting organizations preferred - Certifications (preferred): VMware / Cloud Architect certifications ITIL / Service Management Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure – for hybrid exposure)
