Job description

We are seeking an experienced **Delivery Manager – Cloud** to lead end-to-end project delivery across AWS, Azure and GCP environments. This role involves managing presales, staffing, client engagement and delivery governance while overseeing multiple delivery streams and scaling distributed teams in a fast-paced, dynamic setting. **Responsibilities** - Own Project, People and Account Management across multiple engagements - Build and extend cooperative delivery relations within the organization - Demonstrate strong understanding of client business and engage the right people for the right work - Lead multiple cross-functional, hybrid and distributed teams while scaling the Cloud DM organization - Operate at scale across release, roadmap, MVP and time to market, as well as grooming, WBS and multi-level DoD - Ensure sound architecture, robust implementation and best software engineering practices - Drive end-to-end solution delivery for clients with a strong technology foundation - Provide visionary leadership for outcome-based setups, designing complex delivery models from the ground up - Influence people and business stakeholders with integrity to achieve the best outcomes - Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment **Requirements** - 13 to 15 years of experience in software engineering, with 11+ years managing project delivery activities including presales, bid qualification, staffing, client management, delivery governance and end-to-end execution - Background in Delivery alongside AWS, Azure or GCP Cloud with application development experience - Strong cloud fundamentals paired with hands-on application development expertise - Understanding of automation tooling and processes that support CI/CD - Proficiency in communication, empathy and accountability - Certifications on Scrum or PMI/PMP - Foundational level Cloud certification in AWS **Nice to have** - Background in system engineering
