Job Title: Delivery Manager- Cloud Migration & Managed Services Key Skills : Cloud Migration , VMware Migration , OpenShift Virtualization Experience : 15+years Location: Greater Noida We at Coforge are looking for Delivery Managers with following skill set - 15+ years total, with 10+ years in IT infrastructure and delivery management roles. - Own end to end delivery of the CUSTOMER'S program migrating VMware workloads to OpenShift Virtualization (KubeVirt) and AWS Outposts. - Hands on experience of migration of workloads from VMware to platforms like OpenShift, Kubernetes, - Preferably experience on AWS landing zone, migrations to AWS or AWS Outposts, deployment, and operations. - Proven ownership of large migration programs, discovery of cutover stabilization. - Customer facing delivery governance for large enterprise or telecom accounts. - Lead migration strategy, technical execution, customer governance, and steady state operations for a large hybrid estate. - Manage a large multidisciplinary team across virtualization, cloud, storage, network, and SRE (50+). - Work closely with customer tower leads, service managers, architects, and senior stakeholders. - Hands-on knowledge of VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter and workload assessment. - Knowledge of OpenShift and OpenShift Virtualization (KubeVirt), migration tooling (MTV). - Understanding core AWS (EC2, VPC, IAM, EBS, S3, Networking, Direct Connect).
