Job description

- Work with the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and business units to develop business requirements, technology strategies, and roadmaps to achieve organizational objectives and strengthen competitive positioning. - Define and oversee the development of IT vision, strategies, architectures, and standards to support long-term organizational goals and evolving technology needs. - Determine enterprise-wide IT requirements and drive strategy for hardware, software, and infrastructure acquisition, integration, and modernization. - Establish governance frameworks to guide IT policy, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide decision-making and operating models. - Provide oversight of infrastructure, production operations, data protection, backup, and disaster recovery to ensure business continuity. - Lead IT operations to ensure service levels, performance, and business objectives are consistently achieved. - Drive long-term IT resource planning, including budgeting, asset lifecycle management, and investment prioritization.
