The incumbent will manage payroll inputs, validate employee data, coordinate with internal stakeholders and payroll vendors, and ensure timely and accurate payroll execution. Stakeholder Coordination • Coordinate with HR teams, managers, employees, payroll vendors, and internal support teams for payroll-related inputs and issue resolution. • Follow up on pending inputs, approvals, and missing data to avoid payroll delays. • Support query handling related to payroll processing activities within defined SLAs. Compliance & Controls • Ensure payroll processing is executed in alignment with country-specific requirements, internal controls, and compliance standards. • Follow data privacy and confidentiality requirements, including GDPR and internal policies. • Support audit requirements by maintaining proper documentation and process records. • Adhere to SOPs, desktop procedures, and process governance requirements.
