The role will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring product availability, managing inventory, leading teams, and delivering an excellent customer experience. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage daily department operations and ensure smooth execution of store processes. - Drive sales, margins, productivity, and other key performance metrics. - Manage inventory, replenishment, stock accuracy, and shrinkage control. - Lead, coach, and develop store associates to achieve business objectives. - Ensure effective visual merchandising and product presentation. - Monitor customer feedback and resolve escalations effectively. - Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams for timely merchandise availability. - Ensure compliance with company processes, SOPs, and service standards. **What Were Looking For** - 4–6 years of experience in **retail operations**, preferably in hypermarket or large-format retail. - Strong experience in **team management, inventory control, sales operations, and customer service**. - Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage a fast-paced retail environment and deliver business results. - Graduate degree with a good understanding of retail operations and local market dynamics. **Join us and be part of a high-performing retail team!**
