**Roles and Responsibilities** - Manage daily store operations, ensuring efficient floor management and customer service. - Oversee inventory control, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining stock levels. - Implement shrinkage control measures to minimize losses and optimize profitability. - Supervise sales team members, providing guidance on product knowledge and selling techniques. - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. **Desired Candidate Profile** - 3-5 years of experience in retail or FMCG industry as a department manager or similar role. - Strong understanding of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for Store Operations & Shrinkage Control. - Excellent communication skills for effective leadership and teamwork.
