Job Description **An L1 Hardware Engineer (Desktop, Laptop, Printer) provides first-line technical support by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing end-user computing hardware, setting up peripherals, and logging support tickets to ensure minimal downtime for employees.** **Test hardware components individually and in conjunction with external systems.** **Analyze system data to implement hardware configuration changes.** **Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot hardware defects.** **Provide technical support and resolve hardware-related issues.** **Ensure existing computer equipment is up to date.** **Conduct functionality and performance testing of final hardware products.** **Create specifications and documentation for components and full systems.** **Stay current with emerging technologies and incorporate them into existing systems**
