**Job Purpose** This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.Culture Anchor:Work Hard - Consistently puts in effort. plans and tracks daily progress to achieve targetsExecute with Rigor - Takes responsibility for meeting targets with focus and effortOwn It - Maintains honesty and fairness in all interactions in line with organizations policiesAct with Integrity **Duties and Responsibilities** Implementation of Credit Policy and continuous evaluation to ensure adherence to the Policy and compliance with the Authority Matrix at branches in the area assigned.- Credit appraisal for BL Doctor Loans files for the assigned location- Keeping delinquency under control- Compliance of policy and processes- Reporting of location metrics like Login, Approval, Disbursal, Rejection, Deviation on monthly basis as per prescribed format- Market Research and Feedback for new product launch.- Feed back on credit policy based on market conditions. **Required Qualifications and Experience** - Chartered Accountant /MBA Finance with 2-3 years of relevant experience. - Has worked with reputed Bank/Financial Institution in unsecured high ticket size loans - Positive attitude and team player
